The only way to truly love learning is to learn what you love and love what you learn. In other words, the only way to truly love learning is to find out what you are passionate about or what to know more about and learn more about it. There were probably various times in life when you had to study what you didn’t want to study (such as in grade school-high school and probably college too) because you wanted to either maintain a certain grade and wanted to pass the classes, but now that is no longer a requirement. Or maybe it is, but you would like to learn more about another topic away from your day-to-day studies, because of a personal reason (for example, health). Whatever the reasoning is, its time to truly love to learn and that is find out what you love to learn more about and dive into learning.
WARNING!! I am NOT suggesting not to go to school/college or not to finish, this type of learning is for those who have either already went through their share of schooling or would like to learn material aside from school material. You could be a student, a stay-at-home mama, a businessperson, etc. and you’re a person that wants to learn more about a certain topic that is near and dear to your heart.
After, you find out what you want to learn more about, it s time to figure out how you’re going to learn about it. The how you learn is just as important as what you learn. Not everyone learns the same way and/or retains information the same way. There are different ways to learn such as reading or listening to books, taking online courses, online summits, and even reading blogs. Yes, I know two of those ways have to do with reading, but its two different ways of reading or three if you count listening to books being read to you. Let’s talk more about some people having a harder time reading a book, but are better at listening to a book being read to them, or maybe on a sometimes basis. I know that certain books I love to read myself, especially easy to read books, but others I like to listen as its being read to me, like ones with more complex topics. Others who may not like to read books, might like to read blog posts, since they’re much shorter and faster to read and may have lots of information put into simpler or shorter terms. Then, theirs others who do much better with online courses that have much less reading (if any), but have videos of someone explaining the concepts to them. Whichever way you learn, remember to truly love it and if you don’t move on to the next subject/topic and/or method.
Remember, in order to truly love learning, you need to find something that you would truly love to learn about and figure out which way you would like to learn and/or are most comfortable learning. This can also change depending on topic. You may need to try different ways until you figure out what you would like to learn and how you truly learn. Go out there and Truly LOVE learning!!
